Adil Nowsherwan is Lead Software Engineer for USTPay and owner of Cognitive Compute 365 LLC a Business Central solution architect and developer. He was co-Founder of a Dynamics partner called Pleasant Valley Business Solutions (PVBS) where he and his dev team built the extension in NAV and BC for federal government (GovCon) order to cash process. His company was sold to Xtivia which now called GovCon365. This extension makes BC a DCAA compliant accounting software to meet Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR).
