DESCRIPTION:Course Description:  \nThis session will address potential and actual conflicts of interest in nonprofit organizations\, with specific focus on the three IRS classifications most common to the association marketspace. Knowing how to recognize\, manage\, and avoid damage from conflicts of interest while still operating an effective organization is the goal of this presentation.
