SUMMARY:AI Licensing: Free-For-All or Pay-To-Play?
DESCRIPTION:Course Description:  \nJoin us for a ‘point-counterpoint’ style session about free and paid AI licensing. We will share our views on the positives\, negatives\, considerations\, and impacts of the different options in AI licensing. We will be curious and debate our positions. Our format will create a stimulating environment for lively discussion\, intellectual exchange\, peer learning\, and friendly banter.\nSome questions we will consider: How applicable is the euphemism: “If the license is free\, you are the commodity”? Is a freemium license the most expeditious way to bring the most staff up to speed? How can organizations encourage ‘informed experimentation’ with AI tools? Is my organization’s data at risk? Does my AI tool use my data and prompts to train its model? \n  \nLearning Objectives: \nAnalyze and evaluate the variables in the decision to use free and/or fee AI licenses. \nIdentify recommended guardrails if/when giving staff permission to use free AI licenses. \nEvaluate inputs to measure ROI if/when giving staff paid AI licenses. \nDiscern key elements of Terms and Conditions in AI license models. \nFacilitate a discussion at your organization when considering free and paid AI licenses. \n  \nTo Watch this Webinar on the Media Library CLICK HERE!

SUMMARY:From Hunches in Bunches to Data Driven Decisions
DESCRIPTION:Course Description:  \nDo you ever find yourself sitting in a Dr Seuss book? “Its awfully awfully awful when you can’t make up your mind! Oh\, you get so many hunches that you don’t know ever quite if the right hunch is the wrong hunch? Then the wrong hunch might be right!” \nThe commitment to move away from hunches to data-driven is fueled by intentional data strategy\, data literacy\, and data hygiene… and it is everyone in the organization’s responsibility to contribute. \nIn this session we will: \n• Discuss the foundation of people\, process\, and technology. \n• Consider the impact of change management methodology as catalyst. \n• Define the different variables in the success formula: (data governance\, data literacy\, data hygiene\, data visualizations\, and others). \n• Evaluate the positives and pitfalls of starting with governance\, visualization\, and/or both. \n• Facilitate sharing amongst peers – excellent and not-as-excellent experiences. \n• Highlight different key roles\, including who is ‘accountable’ for success. \n• Assess with a four-pillar model: Collect\, Connect\, Protect\, and Respect. \n• Ensure an ecumenical approach across the organization\, collaborative across teams\, inclusive of different levels of experience and perspective\, and not “IT-only” or “Marketing-only”. \n• Recap participant insights and takeaways for the benefit of all. \n  \nLearning Objectives: \nDescribe the metrics they are using (or will use) to determine success in their data-driven-decision initiatives. \nApply the four-pillar model (Collect\, Connect\, Protect\, and Respect) to evaluate their data-driven-decision initiatives. \nConstruct at least three actionable next-steps for their data-driven-decision initiatives. \n  \nTo Watch this Webinar on the Media Library CLICK HERE!
