In this session\, you’ll learn how to evaluate member engagement using data you likely already collect\, identify where members are dropping off\, and uncover practical opportunities to strengthen participation\, retention\, and long-term membership value. \n  \nLearning Objectives: \nDistinguish between membership counts and meaningful member engagement\, and understand why the difference matters. \nMeasure member participation using practical engagement metrics derived from data they already collect. \nIdentify which member activities are most closely associated with stronger renewal and long-term retention. \nEvaluate where engagement breaks down across the member lifecycle and prioritize the areas with the greatest opportunity for improvement. \nDevelop a practical 90-day action plan to strengthen member engagement without requiring new technology or changes to association policies. \n  \n
