DESCRIPTION:Course Description:  \nExecutive succession happens with increasing frequency\, but relatively few associations and nonprofits plan for potentially disruptive successions. This session is designed to stress the need for\, and importance of\, conscious planning by staffs and boards for the times when executives will leave their positions.
