Alexander Ladd is the CEO of MindStream Analytics, an award-winning consulting firm and application managed services provider. Alex has been in the Performance Management space for 20 years and has extensive experience in financial planning implementations of technology and processes to leverage that technology. As a Design Lead Certified Planning & Essbase architect, he has worked on more than 50 Planning and Essbase implementations. Alex also has experience with a number of tier-1 EPM software products that give him a unique expertise with both relational and OLAP data structures. Alex regularly speaks at conferences across North America about how companies can improve their decision-making capabilities.
