Growing out of the success of Presidential Forum, UST’s community driven roundtable discussions, UST Education provides high quality continuing education to the business communities in which UST is engaged. Our team ensures proactive support, ease of registration, and fast credentialing for our interactive webinars, and our expert instructors address topics relevant to the professionals we serve.
Wade is a C.P.A. who brings 20 years of financial expertise and business management experience to U.S. Transactions Corporation. Wade also has an extensive network of contacts within the government contracting arena. He was previously with Ernst & Young in San Francisco and later PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Stuttgart, Germany where he was senior engagement manager responsible for the assurance work for IBM, Kodak, Sony Europe, and several other multinational companies. He also served as President/General Manager to three early-stage fast-growth companies in the life sciences industry. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics.
Nicole is Director of Events for UST and Presidential Forum, a collaborative roundtable for C-Level Association executives. She has been instrumental in launching UST Education, a series of continuing professional education webinars geared toward the Association and B2B sectors. Her passion and talent for project management, her detailed execution of go-to-market strategies, and her ability to streamline have proven indispensable in the growth of UST Ed from 1-2 events per month to 3-4 events per week. She is recognized for her leadership style, proactive approach, and the ability to turn a vision into reality.
Nicole graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Management and a concentration in marketing.
Kate Coffey is Director of Marketing for UST Education where she is responsible for the marketing strategy and the digital and social media presence for UST Education. Prior to joining UST, Kate worked for the retail brand Gap, Inc., with her most recent position as Business and Customer Operations Manager for Old Navy in Kennesaw, GA. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing from The University of West Florida. She is based in Atlanta, GA.

Diana Reis is a senior member of the UST Education team. Diana maintains the online digital marketing content for UST Education and for the Presidential Forum. Prior to joining UST, Diana was Director of Marketing, Social Media, and online sales for Hansel & Gretel Candy Kitchen. Diana is based in Atlanta, GA.

William Duncan is Manager of Digital Content & Growth for UST Education. William’s background is in education and sales, having taught private music lessons for many years as well as music history and group piano at the college level, and having worked as a sales representative for Piano Distributors, Yamaha’s largest authorized piano retailer. Before his role with UST ED, William worked on digital marketing and automation for US TransCorp, and is experienced with content creation and video editing. William is passionate about using digital tools to deliver quality online education. William holds a Bachelor of Music in piano performance and pedagogy with minors in French and German from Shorter University and a Master of Music in Musicology from Florida State University. In addition to his work at UST, William remains an active music educator and serves in the Georgia Army National Guard as a member of the 116th United States Army Band.
Jen Glaze is COO and practice leader for our Microsoft ERP payment integration solutions. She is a subject matter expert in SaaS based payment platforms and was previously Director of Fintech Sales at Payrix, a leading SaaS based payments technology solution provider. Jen is also a classical pianist and was a music instructor for over 10 years. Her creativity, combined with her technical skills makes her an excellent solutions-oriented resource for UST and our clients. She specializes in driving business growth and revenue through results-oriented strategies across multiple divisions while maintaining a collaborative teamwork approach. Jen is a highly versatile and strategic leader who believes in the value of setting lofty goals and then distilling them into actionable plans.
Julie Duncan leads UST’s Association Practice. Her focus is helping Association clients implement an integrated, PCI-compliant, credit card processing solution within their AMS or ERP platform which allows the Association to have the lowest possible cost per transaction (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX) Julie joined UST in 2018. Prior to joining UST, Julie served for four years as a Literacy Specialist to learning disabled students in grade school. For 10 years she also co-managed and co-founded a production service business with her husband in the burgeoning film industry in Georgia. This experience helped Julie to gain working knowledge of the broad spectrum of business operations including vendor management, HR, accounting, marketing, sales and customer service. Julie is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, NJ where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English – Rhetoric and Communication.
