For over 30 years, Mr. Coriale has helped associations align their information technology (IT) with their mission
and business objectives. His experience with technology management, web strategy planning, and process and
business re-engineering has made him an important catalyst for change for many DelCor clients. As President,
Mr. Coriale assists DelCor clients with the following services:
Aligning technology initiatives with the organization’s strategic and tactical plans
Developing goals and strategy plans for digital development, use, and testing
Promoting the benefits of usability testing to the nonprofit and association communities
In 2008, he developed DelCor’s IT Maturity Model for Associations and Nonprofits (ITMM)—a tool for measuring
the effectiveness of an organization’s IT environment. In 2017, the ITMM was used by the American Society of
Association Executives (ASAE) Foundation to conduct an industry-wide study of IT maturity.
Mr. Coriale is committed to the association and nonprofit community. Since 1994, Mr. Coriale has been an active
member of ASAE. He presents regularly at ASAE conferences and is the former chair of both ASAE’s Technology
Council and Membership Development Committee. Mr. Coriale is also the former president of a local nonprofit
school board and serves on a community service board for Shepard’s Table—an organization that provides
services to the homeless in Montgomery County.
Mr. Coriale holds a B.S. degree in Computer and Information Science from Syracuse University and an M.B.A.
from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the International Association of Business Analysts and has
