We begin with a comprehensive data audit to ensure you’re collecting the right information to support your goals. Next, we’ll delve into identifying key metrics, streamlining data collection processes, and converting raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
The session then shifts to the importance of creating complementary content. When a specific offering resonates with your members—be it a webinar, article, or other resource—we’ll explore ways to expand on that success. This could mean developing a sequel, targeting a new audience, or finding innovative ways to repurpose existing content.
Finally, we’ll focus on refining and quantifying your value proposition. We’ll help you pinpoint what your association excels at, what unique value you offer to your members, and how to measure your success in these areas. You’ll learn how leading associations use data to gain a deep understanding of their members and what matters most to them.
