As a partner in the Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services department at GRF, Mr. Sukhenko is responsible for providing full-cycle accounting services including the management of full and partial outsourced accounting engagements, financial stability analyses, indirect rate calculations and incurred cost submissions, implementation of new accounting standards, accounting system assessments and accounting technology solutions for a variety of clients. As necessary, Mr. Sukhenko also assists his clients with traditional CFO-type duties such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
In addition to managing outsourced accounting client engagements, Mr. Sukhenko is also an active participant in the department’s technology committee charged with identifying and vetting the latest accounting technologies for clients. Staff development and mentorship are of significant interest to Mr. Sukhenko, and he is currently leading a firmwide committee to ensure that GRF successfully implements its people development initiative over the next three years.
Prior to joining GRF, Yevgeniy supervised financial statement assurance engagements for government contractors and technology companies. He also managed the corporate accounting function for a SaaS-based company and helped to prepare it for a multi-year financial statement audit and accounting systems upgrade.
