Jordan Burghardt

Jordan Burghardt serves as the Director of Member Engagement for AAPM&R. She is adept at planning and executing membership recruitment strategies as well as developing and building strong relationships with various clientele, customers, and industry leaders. Jordan has 10+ years of experience in association management and has held a variety of administrative and membership roles throughout her career. She specializes in developing membership action plans, and her primary philosophy is that members are the lifeblood of associations and that all roads lead back to membership. She specializes in member engagement, relationship development, community outreach, and volunteer recruitment. Jordan obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology with a minor in women’s studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in nonprofit administration with certificates in human resources,  organizational development, and ethical leadership from North Park University.
