Gina Florzak is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping brand strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement across nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She currently serves as the Director of Marketing Communications for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R), where she leads integrated campaigns, digital strategy, and organizational communications that elevate the voice and impact of PM&R physicians nationwide.
Gina holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with minors in interpersonal communication and journalism, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. She is presently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration, focusing her research on communication, trust, and commitment during organizational change.
A dedicated association professional, Gina serves on ASAE’s Communication Professionals Advisory Council and has previously held volunteer leadership roles within Association Forum. She remains actively involved in professional and community initiatives that advance the fields of marketing, communications, and inclusive leadership.
