About this event

This one-day, in-person and virtual event is a collaboration designed to provide targeted, credit-eligible (CAE and CPE) professional education for Association and Nonprofit industry professionals. It features five thought leadership sessions, all focused on the most critical topics for you as an industry professional. With the in-person and hybrid format, participants can drop in to attend at any time, and from anywhere, during this important Briefing/Symposium.

Course Description

This two-part presentation examines how nonprofits and associations can achieve greater operational efficiency and mission success. Part one explores the strategic value of outsourcing essential back-office services to free up internal resources for mission-critical activities. Part two dives into maximizing your Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology stack to drive automation, gain deeper financial and operational insights, and ensure your technology directly supports your strategic goals and financial sustainability.

The focus will be on the ease of connecting the AI orchestration layer with your existing financial (ERP), membership (AMS), and engagement (CRM) systems, or other commonly used business application software—allowing non-technical leaders to deploy custom AI solutions rapidly, securely, and at scale to drive operational growth.
