Alayne “Laynie” Itzen Kohlman launched her career in 1993 at Great Plains Software in Fargo, ND, stepping into the fast-paced world of technology and ERP software. Over the past 30+ years, she has built deep expertise in channel management and is recognized for her ability to build and nurture high-performing partner ecosystems across leading ERP platforms including Microsoft, NetSuite, Sage and Acumatica.
With a strong foundation in customer service, business development, and sales, Laynie is known for aligning partner strategies with customer needs—driving both customer success and mutual growth within the channel.
In 2023, she joined Netstock as a Channel Account Manager, where she continues her passion for cultivating lasting partnerships and driving strategic channel growth.
Outside of work, Laynie lives in West Fargo, ND, and is embracing her new chapter as a proud empty nester—balancing career growth with life’s next adventures.
