Andrew Lally is the VP of Cloud & Infrastructure Services at KTL Solutions, where he helps
organizations build secure, scalable IT environments powered by Microsoft technology. He
leads KTL’s cloud and infrastructure strategy, focusing on Azure, Microsoft 365, and secure
enclave solutions for government contractors and regulated industries.
Andrew has been with KTL for more than a decade, growing from hands-on developer to
technical leader. His background in software development and system architecture gives
him a unique perspective, and he knows what it takes to design practical solutions that
actually work in the real world.
He’s a Microsoft Certified Professional with a range of Azure and application development
credentials, and he’s passionate about helping customers modernize while staying
compliant with cybersecurity standards like CMMC.
Andrew earned his degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College
Park. When he’s not deep in the world of cloud and compliance, you’ll usually find him
exploring new tech, mentoring teammates, or tackling a new project with his team.
