She holds the prestigious Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, demonstrating the highest standards of professional competence in association management and a steadfast dedication to lifelong learning.
Celia currently serves as the Executive Director of the American Council of Academic Physical Therapy (ACAPT), where she leads strategic initiatives to advance innovation, inclusion, and data-driven excellence in academic physical therapy education. Her previous tenure as Director of Professional Learning and Certification was marked by transformative outcomes, strategic innovation, and cross-functional team leadership that consistently delivered strong results.
Her leadership philosophy centers on driving sustainable business growth, enhancing stakeholder experiences, and cultivating inclusive environments through both strategic insight and empathetic engagement.
