I am a visionary meeting professional dedicated to designing innovative event experiences. I have extensive strength and experience in collaboration, critical thinking, fiscal accountability, project management, design thinking, and communication.
I am the Director of Client and Conference Services at Raybourn Group International where I work with 5 different associations on everything from Meetings and Events to Association Management. I have spent the last 21 years in the association world designing, executing and evaluating over 1000 meetings and events of all sizes. I also have the privilege of serving as Adjunct Faculty at Indiana University where I co-facilitate the Nonprofit Meeting Management Course since 2017.
I am a lifelong learner - achieving my Certified Meeting Professional Designation (CMP) in 2009; Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 2014; Certificate in Meetings Management (CMM) in 2016; my Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2020 and am anticipating my Certified Event Designer (CED) designation in 2021. I am a serial volunteer and a member of MPI, PMI and ASAE.
