Professionally, I focus on helping organizations accomplish more with technology in the role of a Chief Information Officer. At the heart of it, it's not always about technology, but often managing change and facilitating so that people work to achieve what's possible. I am a big believer in trying to make what you have work rather than just assuming it needs to be replaced.
I believe this involves more sociology than technology, which of course, makes it all the more interesting.
