Ginger Ausloos
Ginger Ausloos is Vice President of IT at AACSB International, where she leads technology strategy, digital transformation, business applications, infrastructure, data strategy, and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. Her work focuses on connecting technology investments to organizational priorities, improving the member and staff experience, and using data and emerging technologies to create measurable value.
Ginger is pursuing a Global Doctor of Business Administration at Rennes School of Business, with a concentration in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Her research explores the intersection of human mentorship and AI-supported guidance, examining how the two can complement one another to strengthen leadership development, learning, and decision-making while preserving the empathy, judgment, trust, and personal connection that define effective mentorship.
She holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Administration from Boston College. Passionate about leadership and continuous learning, Ginger is committed to developing strong teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and helping organizations navigate technological change thoughtfully and strategically.
