Gretchen Steenstra

Gretchen Steenstra joined DelCor in 2007 as a Strategic Consultant and was promoted to Vice President, Client Strategy. She is a solution-oriented individual with more than 20 years of experience in the association community. Ms. Steenstra assists DelCor clients with the following services: 

 

Technology leadership in the role of an interim CIO

 

Change management consulting

 

Assessment of technology ecosystems and staffing structures 

 

Requirements analysis and system selections 

 

Business process analysis and improvement  

 

IT governance assessments 

 

Post-implementation system audits 

 

Project management of major system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations 

 

Ms. Steenstra earned the CIO Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University – Heinz College and the Change Management certification from Cornell University. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is also a trained Professional Facilitator.  

 

Ms. Steenstra is the chair of the ASAE Technology Professionals Advisory Council and a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Ms. Steenstra is a founding member and chair of Association Women Technology Champions—a forum to share ideas and experience. Prior to joining DelCor, Ms. Steenstra spent four years at the Optical Society of America (OSA) where she served as IT Project Manager.
