Jane-Scott has over 30 years of experience working with Boards, CEOs, C-suite executive teams and entrepreneurs who are implementing innovation-led strategies and developing competitive advantages through high-performing governance, strategy and leadership. She works with executive leadership teams at high growth start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations in diverse industries. Jane-Scott leverages her operating executive, consulting, and coaching experience to support clients in developing and executing vision, strategy, culture, organizational design, and leadership. She ensures alignment at the executive level and is committed to supporting her clients' long-term sustainable growth through leadership development, including executive succession planning and recruitment. She is also a member of the Virginia State Bar. As a Fellow at the Institute for Business in Society at Darden, Jane- Scott examined the relationship between C-suite executives and stakeholders, focusing on the impact of corporate strategic decisions on these constituencies and vice versa.
