JC is the author of Serious Relationships: The Seven Elements of Successful Business Relationships and Speaking Frankly About Customer Relationship Management (A Customer Relationship Strategy Guide), both focused on managing relationship expectations and making business relationship conversations successful through strategy and technology. The frameworks JC introduces in his books are part of Customer Experience, Employee Engagement, and Human-Centered Design Thinking programs at 14 universities in the United States. JC teaches worldwide audiences that quality relationships require intentional design and that technology can make life more effective, easy, and enjoyable. He is the former global customer experience innovation executive for HP and currently serves as head of value acceleration labs at congruentX. JC was recently nominated as a global finalist for the Customer Experience Impact Awards for his contributions to the CX profession.
