Jim earned his bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and his MBA from Mercer University. Prior to joining ARG, Jim held leadership positions in operations, engineering, and product management at the likes UUNET, INAP, Latisys/Zayo Data Centers, Windstream Hosted Solutions, Dell/EMC.
