Julie McDowell is a strategic communications and digital marketing executive with 15+ years of experience helping scientific and professional associations grow engagement, influence, and trust through data‑driven storytelling. She serves as Director of Strategic Communications & Digital Content at the College of American Pathologists and is a member of the Executive Board of Washington Women in Public Relations (WWPR). Julie frequently speaks on digital analytics, content strategy, and modern association marketing and is currently pursuing her CAE credential.
