Tina is a transformational leader with 20+ years of comprehensive success and rapid career growth in driving non-profit and public sector organizations to operations excellence. She is a strong practitioner of cultivating cross-functional, global insights and integrating self-expertise and external “best-practice” trends into strategy development and planning, advocacy, Board augmentation, fund and support-raising and partnership development.
Tina is a proponent of leadership through the lens of “Systems Thinking”, emphasizing the importance of quality management. As a trained Quality examiner, she has been called on to assess and evaluate the quality performance of various organizations, including their general practices in finance, customer experience, leadership and culture. In this leadership role as examiner, she adopts a broad-scale “systems” approach to an organization’s performance and business results, looking at each operational function with a balanced perspective of the entire company.
Tina held high-profile roles and responsibilities throughout the last 15 years at the Partnership for Public Service. A pioneer in social entrepreneurship, she is a change agent with track record of designing, developing and deploying high impact programs, building and nurturing high performing teams and a visionary who “leads from the front”, navigating teams to set and exceed goals and milestones with enduring guidance and leadership.
She firmly believes in the necessity of “safe spaces” to learn, fail, adapt and evolve, is an effective relationship and coalition builder with an extensive network and proven capability to mobilize various organizations.
