Tom worked in the U.S. Congress for multiple House Members and in the political communications world before co-founding Real Magnet in 2000. Real Magnet was a pioneer in email marketing and marketing automation cloud-based software development. Tom was Real Magnet's CEO and led the company to $20 million in annual revenues and a successful exit in 2017. He was born in Chicago, attended Tulane University for undergraduate work, earned a law degree from American University, and has often been known to gloat over his awesome family (wife, two girls, one boy).
