With over 35 years of combined experience in teaching, hospitality management, and association management, Adrienne excels at helping organizations solve challenges and create exceptional experiences. Her diverse background offers unique insight into the customer mindset, enabling her to prioritize and meet their needs. Adrienne serves as the Program Director for the CXPA’s certification program (CCXP), as a Digital Experience Lead, and as staff liaison to the Inclusive CX Committee, ensuring equity and inclusion are central to all her work.
