Carlos Cardenas joined DelCor in 2025 as a Senior Strategic Consultant, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning IT, operations, and organizational strategy in the nonprofit and association space.
A former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant, Mr. Cardenas is known for his systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to translate complex technology challenges into actionable solutions that align with a client’s mission and member value.
He is a co-founder and current Board President of the Association Latinos NFP and previously served as Chair of ASAE’s Technology Professionals Advisory Council.
Mr. Cardenas frequently speaks on innovation, data, and emerging technology trends in the association sector. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Purdue Global.
