While working with end-users, I frequently explain that there’s more than one right way to utilize the BC/NAV platform to meet ERP objectives, and I can help them find the “righter” way! Over 15+ years in leadership as general manager, practice leader, functional analyst, and documentation subject matter expert, I’ve taught clients how to breakdown complex challenges into actionable components, empowering them to take a fresh approach to old problems.

A client recently testified that her mindset was transformed from deep frustration with her software to actually liking it! We later adopted “Frustration to Fabulous” as a title for a popular NAVUG training presentation.
➡️ ???? ?? ????? ????? ??????! – I frequently share BC/NAV training tips as a published author on MSDynamicsWorld.com. My widely read 2020 article, “Tear Up Those Paper Checks…,” for example, shows users how to practically leverage ACH (Electronic Funds Transfer) for AP/AR functions.

I oversaw, for example, a NAV upgrade for a $50M healthcare supply company, where we replaced custom applications with standard NAV features and saved the client over $35K in annual costs.

Sharing knowledge with my peers in BC/NAV’s User community is an ongoing passion. I’m a frequent presenter, instructor, Granite Award winner, published author, and podcast contributor. I was selected as a member of the international team responsible for writing case studies and exam items for the first MB-800 Business Central Functional Consultant Microsoft certification exam.
