Elizabeth Santana is a dynamic innovation executive and technology champion with a strategic focus on education and customer-first methodologies. She has experience in multiple fields, including allied health, medical, dental, and legal organizations, and works in both stand-alone and association management company (AMC) models. Liz has a record of success in designing, building, and executing multiple POC/MVP/beta pilots to test concepts using diverse new technologies and agile or lean methodologies to solve unique organizational challenges. She has designed, developed, and launched the first on-line, on-demand assessment-based certificate and certification program for global healthcare audiences in multiple specialties. Liz has also instituted organizational evaluations, improvements, and programs for multiple clients, resulting in streamlined processes, measurable rubrics, improved operational rules and documentation, better volunteer and board relations, and policy recommendations to improve the efficiency and impact of programs while modernizing technology, improving fiscal health, and working to fulfill non-profit missions. Liz currently works at Inteleos as a Director of Conceptual Research & Design, where she is responsible for defining and directing department initiatives, ensuring that goals and projects are executed appropriately. Prior to working at Inteleos, Liz worked with other certification boards and in multiple association management companies.
