For more than 25 years, Jane-Scott Cantus has advised Boards, CEOs, and founders on the governance, strategy, and leadership required to navigate inflection points and accelerate performance. She works across industries to strengthen Board and C-suite alignment, develop high-performing leadership teams, and guide succession, search, and long-range planning. Her advisory work draws on prior operating executive experience and research at UVA Darden on complex stakeholder environments. She is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, The Leadership Collective Assessment and The Leadership System. She is an IEQ9 Integrative Enneagram 9 Accredited Practitioner, DISC+ Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). A member of the Virginia State Bar and NACD Directorship Certified, she holds degrees from GW Law (JD), UVA Darden (MBA), and Duke University (BA).
