Jessica Richardson
Jessica Richardson is the Membership Manager at the American Association of Immunologists (AAI), where she leads strategy, operations, and communications that enhance member value, retention, and engagement. With over a decade of experience in digital strategy, marketing, and association partnerships, Jessica has helped mission-driven organizations transform their membership models and drive measurable growth.
Prior to AAI, Jessica held leadership roles at fusionSpan and Multiview, where she developed a powerful blend of technical, strategic, and creative expertise. At fusionSpan, she served as a Senior Consultant, helping associations optimize their digital ecosystems and elevate member experiences through automation, content strategy, and UX research.
At Multiview, Jessica designed and executed co-branded campaigns, developed marketing engagement programs, and created a full suite of content—from webinars and podcasts to whitepapers and case studies—that helped association partners achieve their goals.
Outside of her full-time role, Jessica is an active volunteer in the association community. She serves as the Programming Chair for the Association Women Technology Champions (AWTC), where she curates meaningful conversations and events to empower women in association tech and marketing.
