Joe is a Certified iMIS Professional with 28 years of iMIS experience and a member of the Armstrong team for over 9 years. Serving as a Client Success Consultant, he provides strategic guidance on all aspects of the iMIS lifecycle, including engagement management, planning, automation, implementation, and integration, with extensive experience in project planning and management, CMS systems, automations, and software integrations. Joe delivers creative web-based strategies, leveraging the built-in iMIS Content Management system (RiSE) to deliver context-sensitive content, creating powerful user experiences. He enjoys integrating iMIS with other business systems and is a highly accomplished professional with expertise driving complex projects in scores of iMIS implementations. Joe develops and delivers iMIS training and support as well as website and member portal solutions, specializing in the RiSE platform, dashboards, events, and Intelligent Query Architect (IQA) reports.
