Mallika Bender is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Staff Actuary for the CAS, where she leads initiatives to enhance diversity within the profession and manages the CAS Approach to Race and Insurance Pricing. Prior to joining the CAS, she spent thirteen years in traditional Property & Casualty actuarial roles performing a range of functions, including pricing, reserving and predictive modeling, in support of Personal, Commercial and Specialty insurance lines in the United States and Australia.
