Rachel Mace is the Director of Client Experience at Association Analytics. Rachel is responsible for developing the user experience portion of the Acumen product, assisting clients with adoption, and helping bridge the gap between products and people. Before joining Association Analytics in 2022, Rachel served in multiple capacities in the association industry for 13 years. Rachel loves data science and economics and sometimes produces economic content as a hobby.
