Ryan O’Donnell is the CTO at Vortacity, where he leads offensive security and incident response initiatives. Over the last 13+ years, he has executed penetration tests, red team assessments, and incident response investigations across diverse industries. Ryan has presented at Hack Space Con, Hack Red Con, BSides Las Vegas, BSides NoVa, Cloud Village, Red Team Village, Adversary Village, and BSides Roanoke. He holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity from George Mason University and certifications including OSCP, OSEP, GCFA, and GREM.
