Tobin Conley, CAE, CIP
Tobin Conley, CAE, joined DelCor in 2001 as a Strategic Consultant. With more than 40 years of experience in the nonprofit, higher education, and association communities, he has considerable knowledge of the administrative practices and information technology (IT) processes of the nonprofit sector. Mr. Conley is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and has earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in recognition of his knowledge of and involvement in the association community. Conley holds a B.A. degree in Political Philosophy from Michigan State University, Cum Laude as well as an M.A. degree in History and an M.L.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining DelCor, he served as Vice President of Membership for the International Sign Association. He has also held previous positions at the Association of American Colleges & Universities (AACU), United Educators’ (UE) Risk Retention Group, and the National Association of College & University Business Officers (NACUBO).
