Victoria Montanez joined DelCor in 2026 as a Senior Strategic Consultant. Mrs. Montanez brings nearly 20 years of experience across multiple industries and functions. 
Victoria believes technology and business are not separate lanes. As such, she partners with clients to optimize their intersection, emphasizing cross‑functional alignment, fit‑for‑purpose solutions, and rigorous execution in the context of the organization’s winning aspirations. Her background includes member-driven and mission focused organizations, primarily as Technology Senior Leader and also business leadership positions.

Mrs. Montanez is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), PROSCI Certified in Change Management, and holds an Executive MBA from California Lutheran University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Universidad de Lima in Peru, where she is originally from. 
Victoria is also active in her community, volunteering with the PMI Chicago Chapter and Chicago Innovation, and leading the Women of Diversity group within the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago (PWCC).
