In this 3-part series of webinars, we will convince you that culture change is (a) easier than you think, and (b) can result in meaningful improvement in both engagement and bottom line results. The secret lies in uncovering your hidden culture patterns and then fixing the ones that are holding you back.
In Part 3, we’ll dig into innovation, something most cultures say they need, yet few are fully implementing it. We will explore concrete actions you can take that will improve your ability to unlock new value using sound innovation practices. We will share details from a case study organization that has turned this pattern around.

Together, they have a combined 40 years of experience consulting with organizations on culture, conflict, and digital strategy from a variety of industries, including software, healthcare, retail, finance, and non-profit.
