B170: Leadership & Learning Series: Culture Change Made Easy: Part 3, Incomplete Innovation

July 20, 2023 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In this 3-part series of webinars, we will convince you that culture change is (a) easier than you think, and (b) can result in meaningful improvement in both engagement and bottom line results. The secret lies in uncovering your hidden culture patterns and then fixing the ones that are holding you back.

In Part 3, we’ll dig into innovation, something most cultures say they need, yet few are fully implementing it. We will explore concrete actions you can take that will improve your ability to unlock new value using sound innovation practices. We will share details from a case study organization that has turned this pattern around.

Maddie Grant and Jamie Notter are co-founders at PROPEL, where they help leaders create amazing workplace cultures that drive greater performance and impact. Together, they have a combined 40 years of experience consulting with organizations on culture, conflict, and digital strategy from a variety of industries, including software, healthcare, retail, finance, and non-profit. They are co-authors of three popular business books: HumanizeWhen Millennials Take Over, and The Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement. Based in Washington, DC, they are frequent keynote speakers to diverse audiences around the world.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
