Course Description:
Many companies implement Business Central without knowing there is CRM functionality within the product. This session will provide a brief overview of the setups and then dive into the functionality. Interactions allow you to track all correspondence with your prospects, customers, and vendors. Segments allow you to pinpoint your contacts for additional communications. Opportunities allow you to build your pipeline, provide guidelines for managing the pipeline and view the progress of the opportunities in the pipeline. We will also discuss and demonstrate how this functionality is not just for the sales staff. Are you utilizing all this? Learning Objectives:
Identify the core CRM features built into Business Central, including Opportunity Management, Interactions, Segments, and Campaigns.
Demonstrate how to use Opportunity Management to track and evaluate pipeline progress for improved sales oversight.
Apply Interaction Tracking to document and retrieve communications across teams, enhancing organizational visibility and coordination.
Use Segments and Campaigns to target and execute communications and marketing efforts within Business Central.
