As Vice President of Marketing at PCMA, she heads global brand and marketing strategy focused on advancing PCMA’s position as the leading voice for the global business events industry, expanding its community and enriching member engagement, in support of enterprise growth across the organization’s diverse portfolio of business lines.
Previously, Susan served as Vice President of Creative & Content Strategy at the National Association of REALTORS®, where she led enterprise marketing and content strategy for the nation’s largest trade association representing more than 1.5 million members.
