Anne Robie
Anne Robie is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and Enneagram expert who has spent more than twenty-five years helping leaders bring both courage and humanity to the way they work. With a career that bridges global corporations and mindful leadership, Anne guides executives and teams to reconnect with what truly drives performance—people, presence, and purpose.
She has partnered with organizations across industries and continents. including Google, Microsoft, Genentech, and Ironman, helping leaders navigate the real challenges of modern leadership: burnout, disconnection, culture misalignment, and the search for meaningful impact in a world that often prizes speed over substance.
Anne’s journey began in Human Resources, where she served in senior leadership roles at Turnitin, StubHub, and IBM. There, she learned firsthand how to scale people-centered cultures inside complex, high-growth organizations. That corporate foundation, combined with her deep work in mindfulness and the Enneagram, gives her a rare blend of strategic rigor and soulful wisdom, a combination she calls “Woo That Works.”
A lifelong student of human behavior, Anne holds a B.A. from UCLA, a Master’s in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin, and certifications in Organizational Development, MBTI, DiSC, the Enneagram, and professional coaching through both the Co-Active Training Institute and New Ventures West. She has guided more than 1,000 individuals and teams through transformational Enneagram-based work, known for translating complex insights into practical, growth-oriented behaviors that stick.
Beyond the boardroom, Anne draws on her training in yoga, Pilates, and Reiki to integrate mindfulness and embodied presence into leadership. She is the co-host of The Perfectly Imperfect Journey podcast and has been featured in outlets including CNBC and Forefront Magazine.
Whether facilitating an executive retreat, speaking on stage, or coaching one-on-one, Anne challenges leaders to show up unarmored and authentic. Her belief is simple yet profound: leadership begins within. When leaders reconnect to themselves, they gain the clarity, courage, and connection needed to create lasting impact—in their companies, their communities, and their own lives.
