I have the privilege of leading a spectacular team of software consultants and project managers at Cargas Systems, an employee-owned consulting company based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our business unit implements several versions of CRM software including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Other business units in Cargas implement ERP software, custom software, and we have developed our own software to help customers manage their fuel delivery and payments processing.

I strive to empower people and teams to fully recognize their self-worth, strengths, and goals. I love to coach people in their professional development and personal journeys.
