I am an experienced CPA with a demonstrated history of working in assurance, specifically with not for profit public charities and associations, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), affordable housing developers (with a particular interest in HUD and Uniform Guidance). I have significant experience working through complex GAAP issues, state and federal regulatory issues, specifically with Government Auditing Standards and Uniform Guidance, new standards implementation, agreed-upon procedures, examinations, cost certifications, 50% tests and 10% tests.
I lead assurance teams up to 25 members and am responsible for all aspects of assurance engagements, from scheduling, planning, field work, review, to report issuance and delivery to audit committees/boards.
