Paroon Chadha

Paroon Chadha co-founded Passageways, the parent company of OnBoard, in 2003 and continues to lead the organization as CEO. A longtime board leader, Paroon currently serves on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lafayette, PeaceTech Lab, Indiana University Simon Cancer Center, and TechPoint. 

Paroon frequently speaks about the intersection of technology and board governance, and has been published in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, Corporate Compliance Insights, and more. He led Passageways to be recognized as one of Inc. 500’s Fastest-Growing Businesses in 2008 and, in 2013, was named a Purdue University Hall of Fame Innovator.
