COURSE DESCRIPTION:

There’s an association hero in each of us at every level of our career journey. Using the fundamentals of Courageous Leadership: Authenticity, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Discipline, and Commitment to Purpose, you will learn how to find you own power to be change agents as well as coaches, mentors, and allies to empower others. Hear from a knowledgeable panel representing various career stages as they share their lessons learned and suggestions to address obstacles and opportunities. You will be inspired to commit to lifelong learning, community collaboration, and strategic thinking habits to become the hero of your own association story.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
