Session 2: (12:15-1:15 PM ET) Elevate Your Impact: Three Strategies to Build Association Success

Course Description:

In this session, you will discover three powerful strategies to enhance your data-driven initiatives and meet your members’ needs. We begin with a comprehensive data audit to ensure you’re collecting the right information to support your goals. Next, we’ll delve into identifying key metrics, streamlining data collection processes, and converting raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.

The session then shifts to the importance of creating complementary content. When a specific offering resonates with your members—be it a webinar, article, or other resource—we’ll explore ways to expand on that success. This could mean developing a sequel, targeting a new audience, or finding innovative ways to repurpose existing content.

Finally, we’ll focus on refining and quantifying your value proposition. We’ll help you pinpoint what your association excels at, what unique value you offer to your members, and how to measure your success in these areas. You’ll learn how leading associations use data to gain a deep understanding of their members and what matters most to them.

This session is essential for forward-thinking association executives. You will leave with the tools and insights needed to fully leverage your data programs and drive your organization to new success levels.

  • Identify key metrics and streamline data collection to inform strategic decisions.

Session 3: (2:15-3:15 PM ET) Supercharge Your Membership: 7 Gears Associations Need to Drive Growth

Course Description:

It’s easy to have the “I want to go fast!” mentality when it comes to association growth, but long term, sustainable success isn’t about crossing the finish line first. The key is steady progress. While 0 to 60 is exhilarating, if you don’t shift gears at the right moment, you could easily crash and burn. Just like a skilled driver should have a strong understanding of how their vehicle operates before hitting the track, association leaders must have a strong grasp of who their members are, how to engage them, and what influences their decisions before they can start to move their organization forward.

Learning objectives:

  • Analyze how data can be harnessed to guide your association’s decisions and maximize performance.
  • Design personalized communications and targeted campaigns to enhance member engagement. Create valuable content to establish industry authority and influence.
