The Audience Advantage: How Well-Crafted Personas Power Smarter Web Strategies

December 9 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EST

Course Description:

Great web strategy starts with empathy. This session demonstrates how to craft research-informed personas that bridge what your users need with what your organization provides—then use them to shape your site’s information architecture, content, calls to action, and measurement.

We’ll share a practical, lightweight framework, sample questions you can use tomorrow, and real examples that turn “user-centered” from a motto into measurable results. People visit your site to solve their problems. Personas help you meet them there and guide them forward.

Learning Objectives:

Define the essential components of an effective persona and explain how personas align user needs with organizational goals.

Translate persona insights into concrete decisions for navigation, messaging, and calls to action that improve engagement.

Apply a repeatable, question-driven method to create or refine at least one persona for their organization.
