COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Too often when thinking about user experience, organizations focus on the color of their buttons and the font of their text. But a customer’s experience with your organization goes way beyond. This course will focus on key areas that you may be ignoring opportunities for data integration, and why ignoring those opportunities is hurting your customers.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Understand how data impacts user experience
  • Identify at least three ways better data integrations can enhance your UX
  • Build a strategy for identifying data integration opportunities with new systems that enhance UX
