COURSE DESCRIPTION:

To implement a member engagement scoring analysis, the first step is to shift away from assumption-based thinking and towards evidence-based thinking. Understanding what your members do and do not do will help you make more informed decisions and better assess risks for new directions. Learn how to implement an engagement scoring system, including key metrics and how to weight scores to capture the full impact of member engagement.
